Estimates:

Our Estimates are 100% FREE!   

Estimates are completed via a visit to your home or property by our estimate team. During your estimate measurements will be taken and suggestions will be offered to help facilitate ideas for your project as well as for our team to gain a better understanding for your dream and inspiration for your project. 

Depending on the project size, estimates can be provided within minutes. Pricing is determine based on prior projects with a similar scope of work and what the project required in order to be completed. Estimates are provided as quickly as possible. To ensure you receive your estimate as quickly as possible we request your assistance with making selections with our design team in a timely manor. Our design team will set up appointments with our local providers so you can visit their showroom(s) with our designer and make selections for flooring, fixtures, and appliances (as necessary for your project). 

Estimates usually last 30 minutes to 1 hour +/- based on the size and scope of work required for your project.

Consultation:

Once customers decide to move forward from our free estimate to our consultation stage, we will request a consultation fee/non-refundable deposit to hold your spot on our schedule. The consultation fee will be used as a deposit and will be credited to your project at contract signing. (Fees vary based upon scope of work and size of project). 

Our Production Team will schedule with our trade team (which consists of our Electrician, Plumber, HVAC contractor, and Engineer - as your project requires) to complete an on site visit so we can complete a pre-construction walk-through. 

The consultation fee will be collected prior to arrival. During the walk-through, details, options, and selections may be discussed with you and our team members to ensure everyone has a transparent understanding of what is to be expected for your project. Detailed notes, and measurements will be taken to help ensure your project dreams come true as seamlessly as possible. 

Pre-construction walk-throughs can take 1 to 2 hours depending on the scope of work.  Consultation fees start at 10% of the overall estimated project total and may increase from there depending on the scope of work and the number of trade members involved.
